I heard back from Alex, she confirmed that it was one piece working and the other just being moved elsewhere (not being used for construction). I will send out a message Sunday night based on the weather. It's quite possible we are rained but I'd like to see it the forecast is accurate. Did Alex state that both pieces of equipment were "in use" rather than just being relocated? Thank you ________________________________ From: Winkleman, Ryan <Ryan.Winkleman@mbakerintl.com> Sent: Friday, November 4, 2022 4:08:38 PM To: Ryan Wright <RWright@DiamondBarCA.Gov> Subject: Canyon Loop equipment incidents CAUTION: This message originated outside of our City of Diamond Bar network. **Please exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders.** Ryan, A couple different days this week Danny has been caught running both pieces of equipment on the trail simultaneously. Alex reminded him both times that he agreed to only have one in operation at a time. Apparently his response to her today was that she should expect both pieces to be used at the same time pretty much every day. The most the monitors can really do is remind him and ask him to stop each time he does it but I thought you'd want to know as he doesn't seem to care that he's going against what he agreed to and what we already went out of our way to try to accommodate for him to have the second unit out there. I'm confirming availability to go back to FT monitoring. In the meantime no meeting on Monday because of the forecast/rain day, right?
