Ryan Wright: All is looking good with Endemic and we expect to have them under contract in the next day or two. In the interest of time, I am adding Barry Nerhus to this email thread
to make sure he’s in the loop.
Our plan is for Endemic to perform the pre-con survey on Thursday or Friday. As for the on-site meeting next Tuesday, 10/18, Ryan Winkleman has a prior commitment that morning. Monday
might work better, but not sure if that timing would work out, and Barry would also need to verify his availability. I would imagine that would also depend on the availability of the
Native American monitor, so we can keep coordinating to figure everything out.
Thanks,
Alan Ashimine

Good Morning Alan and Ryan,
Thank you for you time working with Endemic. Based on my research they seem like a great sub and partner in this project. I provided a copy of the MBI/City agreement and would just
ask you re-read section 10.I and 13 regarding sub-contractors. I do not see any issues moving forward, just wanted you to be aware.
In addition, I have provided a copy of DD Systems preliminary construction schedule for a point of reference. (You can also see Danny’s comments below.) I tend to agree completing the
survey this week would be great while I work on the AB52 consolation with the goal to issue a notice to proceed for next Monday if everything falls into place. I would think that an
on-site meeting with DD Systems, Endemic, the Native American monitor, and MBI might be a good idea next Tuesday maybe???? Let me know your thoughts.
Thank You,
Ryan

GM Ryan,
Attached please find the preliminary construction schedule as requested.
I am already panicking due to the nature of the work involved and the tight space available for excavation and backfill of the Gabion walls, not to mention the existence of bedrock at
the locations of excavation. I know it's going to be hard to excavate and may need more time.
We shall keep a close monitoring of the dig once we start.
Thank you

bout the impacts associated with the Canyon Loop Project. We just wanted to check in and make sure everything is being implemented as laid out in the MND. The specific concerns appear
to be regarding the erosion control BMPs and width of the trail. If you could confirm that the project is being built as planned and that all BMPs are appropriately placed, we would
greatly appreciate it and we will be happy to prepare a response regarding the ITP question.
