Ryan,
I am pretty sure I won't be able to make the weekly meeting this coming Monday morning. I've been in contact with Endemic and I have not heard of any concerns yet during this first week.
I am not sure if Barry will be there on Monday but at the very least the bio monitor will be on-site that day. I can check in with you later in the day to discuss progress and how things
are going with the monitoring.
Moving forward, my intent is to let the bio monitor attend the weekly meetings once vegetation clearance has been completed. This will help to minimize expenses to the project from Barry
and me coming up, but I may still come up the week after next (November 7), especially if veg removal is still going on.
Please let me know if you have any concerns about this approach and/or if you feel that you would prefer to have one of the senior bio staff to be present each week for the Monday morning
meetings. If so we can plan for that instead. Regardless, if I can make it this Monday I will but I am pretty sure I won't be able to.
