Kayla Putty has an impressive resume; however, it appears to be largely focused on bird surveys. Unfortunately, she is not qualified for the role of biological monitor for this project. She is more than welcome to shadow someone who has already been approved and gain experience however. Verify the sender and exercise caution when clicking links or opening attachments. Hello Fritz, I hope you are the correct person to contact for this but if not please forward this email onward. I thought you were saying you were working on the project in Julisa’s absence when we spoke last week and that she would be out for most/all of November. We are requesting to add one additional biological monitor to the project. Under measure BIO-4 of the project’s MMRP all biological monitors must be approved by CDFW before they can work on the project. If possible we are hoping to have Kayla Putty (resume attached) monitor at the project this coming Thursday, November 10. Please let me know if you have any questions, thanks! We just wanted to check in and make sure everything is being implemented as laid out in the MND. The specific concerns appear to be regarding the erosion control BMPs and width of the trail. If you could confirm that the project is being built as planned and that all BMPs are appropriately placed, we would greatly appreciate it and we will be happy to prepare a response regarding the ITP question.
