Just to refine my understanding…
Agenda item #8b: (Invoicing) Although the City only pays for completed work, not materials or supplies, the Contractor can bill for a percentage of a line item during a monthly billing,
if he has purchased materials and supplies, but is not completed wIth his installation work for that line item; RIGHT?
I don’t have any other Agenda revision requests.
