Hey Danny,
We went through all the City keys and we do not have keys or ability to open the gates on the end of Meandering Creek or Dare Court. These are probably Edison and Flood Control locks.
That being said, I would suggest Marina pulls their truck to the end of Dare Court and will see a long straight driveway that leads towards the canyon. (see attached) Your best bet
is throwing hose up and over the fence at that point.
You have access to Peak Court for the other end of the trail.
Jason, please feel free to chime in if we need to contact residents or anyone else.
