I’m puzzled by the 2nd paragraph from Ryan W below. I thought that the Council action last evening for MBI was to have them do all of the specialized biological tasks for this project
during construction. Why is Ryan asking who the Contractor has on his team to do the pre-construction survey?

Just curious, who did the contractor bring on as the biologist, and has the pre-construction survey been completed yet? Measure BIO-4 in the MMRP requires the results of the pre-construction
survey to be submitted to CDFW before construction starts.
