HomeMy WebLinkAboutCanyon Loop Trail Budget for RFACAUTION: This message originated outside of our City of Diamond Bar network. **Please exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders.** Hi Ryan: As we have prepared our January Invoices, we find that our approved budget for Canyon Loop Trail’s Construction Support Services has been depleted and in a negative balance. As you and I concluded that, with a small balance remaining at the end of December, we would have to see what the budget needs would to wrap up this project. Here’s a quick summary of the status: * Charges for January 2023: $7,200.44 * Remaining Approved Balance as of 12/31/22: $3,392.69 * Costs over the approved Budget: $3,807.75 * February/Early March Projected Costs: * As-Builts Field Review and AutoCAD Dwg’s * Wrap-up of Inspections * Preparation of Punchlist & Check on Completion * Coordination on Potential Contractor for Shade Shelters’ Installation ________ * Projected Subtotal: $6,192.25 So, between the cost overrun in January, plus wrapping up all RFA work by early March: ________ $10,000.00 Please provide me with direction on what you need to take this requested budget adjustment to your City Manager. I assume that if you need our services for limited efforts in late September for the shade shelter installation, that discussion and action could be taken at that time (?).
