In addition, photos of each item are provided below as reference. Please keep in mind I provide this as a reminder based on the upcoming February 2, 2023 deadline for the project. Any unfinished work or site clean up after that date will result in liquidated damages of $1,000 per day, yet we hope to avoid that process. Please send me your remaining material transmittals over the weekend with photos and properly cover the dirt spoils tomorrow for potential rain over the weekend. Thank You 1. Splice behind the trail diverter #2 (near oak tree) 2. Remove rebar in large velocity reducer 3. Add rebar to 15th step at Steps #1 4. Remove rebar in V swale next to Steps #1 5. Return rocks & dirt spoils to trail above Steps #1 6. Achieve 5 ft width of trail above Step #1 7. Return rocks & dirt spoils to trail above water diverter #3 8. Clean up and remove access filter fabric above diverter at gabion wall 9. Rake along trail above diverter #4 10. Remove dirt spoils under prickly pear cactus at the bend 11. Pull back dirt spoils at a 2:1 ratio near prickly pear cactus 12. Pull back dirt spoils area just west of T intersection 13. Compact behind bench (between V swale) at T intersection 14.
