I thought we had all the information resolved for the graphics/text previously ordered from her; to be re-used for Canyon Loop. She has sent a previous order for (7) signs (unknown date?). The quantity of signs is less for our current project (3), which is no big issue, and the panel size is different. Can you provide the date of the previous order/other paperwork, so she can get this resolved quickly?
