Thank you for the information regarding the shade shelter process. As you know, the 60-day project schedule would not work with the 12+ weeks lead time for the shelter design and fabrication.
Unfortunately, we will need to remove the shade structures from the project scope and I will work with Dick Fisher on a deductive change order when he returns from vacation. In the
meantime, please do not proceed with anything related to the shade structures. Please note, we plan to continue with the purchase and installation of the recycled plastic benches.
