Please note both insurance documents are not acceptable. The certificate of liability insurance is missing appropriate limits under general liability and automobile liability. Please
see the attached agreement (pages 2-3) to confirm appropriate amounts. In addition, the workers compensation insurance expired yesterday.
Can you also let me know if you have completed the construction schedule or business license process?
