The City of Diamond Bar is in receipt of your 2023-025 request for the following public records pursuant to the California Public Records Act (“CPRA”) (Cal. Gov. Code section 6250 et
seq.):
“I am doing some research on transit providers used in nearby cities and contract amounts. I would greatly appreciate if you could provide information for the following questions:
• Name of the transit provider the City of Diamond Bar uses (for Fixed-Route & Dial-A-Ride services)
• Contract amount and end date for the agreement between the transit company and the City
• Did the City of Diamond Bar put out an RFP or extend the existing agreement? If extended, what was
the new contract amount?
