Finally I heard back from you. I have emailed you back regarding CO#2 and also left you a voicemail.
I heard you are sick, hope you are doing well and healthy.
Rocks by the power tower are 99% relocated. One key on and a small skid steer worked very hard to get to this point.
Signs are all in place, but people choose to ignore them and they just walk around.
BMP's will be in place before we conclude tomorrow.
I will email you pictures of the progress in regards to the steps and V swale near stair #1.
Merry Christmas.
Thank you

Danny,
Unfortunately, you ignored our conversation this past Monday. The cobble stones delivered outside of the construction zone near the Edison tower were to be relocated by the end of
the work day Monday, December 19. We had a verbal agreement this would be accomplished. As of today, that requirement has still not been met.
This pattern of ignoring simple requirements (proper drip pan placement, closure signs, operating multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously) is unprofessional and blatant disregard
for the project and City staff who have continually reminded you of basic expectations.
You are expected to relocate ALL the cobble stones by the end of tomorrow, December 23. In addition, you must properly cover all disturbed soil based on potential rain early next week
and ensure the protective measures remain in place and in working order over the weekend and any future rain dates. Please email photos tomorrow exhibiting these tasks were accomplished.
Failure to complete these tasks will result in liquidated damages and/or bid bond implications.
Thank You,
Ryan
