We both learned a lot. I wish to learn more, so I respectfully make another public records request here. May I obtain the City's written records regarding the California Gnatcatcher Incidental Take Permit? I request all communications and correspondence records between the City of Diamond Bar and anyone at the United States Fish and Wildlife agency regarding the presence of the gnatcatchers in the City of Diamond Bar and the impacts on the trail project. Specifically, I wish to learn how the determination an Incidental Take Permit would not be necessary, occurred. Will you please send me this information as soon as possible via PDF email? I appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you, Ryan.
