ILLEGAL GRADING - COMPLAINT E-MAIL BELOW!!
Good morning,
I received an anonymous call from a contractor that was doing work at the County
and he noticed what he thought me be illegal construction at 2176 Rocky View
Road in the Country Estates. According to his report, he noticed several loads of
mixed construction infill material, including rocks and concrete, being dumped at
the rear of the property, and looks like it was covering or filling in a large drain at
the rear of the property.
I wanted to forward the information in case there is illegal construction, but more
importantly because there may be a drain that could impact the hillside and homes
above, it may be a good idea to inspect and verify.

I received an anonymous call from a contractor that was doing work at the County
