HomeMy WebLinkAboutAB52 Requirement.msgHi Dan,
Just a heads up that per the Mitigation Measures, the City is required to secure a Native American monitor prior to breaking ground on Canyon Loop. Their role is to monitor the contractor
during any clearance and ground disturbance for potential impacts to tribal cultural resources.
Our goal is to secure this monitor this week and get underway next. Please be aware this will be an additional cost to the City, from the contingency, and require the City to enter
into their agreement. Greg and I have a call today with a potential monitor and will look to expediate this agreement with your support hopefully later this week. More to follow…
Thank You,
