“Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Responsible Land Use requests that the city provide the following documents to the Canyon Loop Trail construction, preferably in electronic

All records related to the invitation for bids and bidding process for the Canyon Loop Trail Improvement Project, including but not limited to:
the invitation for bids, contract documents, plans, specifications, special provisions, and questions and answers with bidders.”
