W(,-,)rk for this report has j,jj(-,aJ,uded two site inspections, one on April 12, 1983 when the stabi.lizat.J.on fill. keyway was op(,,n, and one on May 1.9, 1983 when the retaining walLs excavations for the residenCe:' were completed. This work has been based upon the 20-scal(- P"Jot Plan, a portion of which forms the base map fox- the attached geo.-)gic notes. Bedding plane attitudes were measured and compared with those reported by Richard Mills Associates in their report "Geotechnical Investigation Lot 65, Tract 30577, dated May 1.3, 1977. c.... (See the attached map.) 'I'he stabilization fill. is expected -to provide a stable slope. Grading conducted to date and inspected by this writer is geo.log.-ically satisfactory and therefore &.pproved. Cori st. ruction work completed in accordance with good e=ngine er.,ii,ig practice and properly maintained is expected to provide a developit ent free from landslides, settlement and significant distress. 1'urther significant grading on the site should be prereviewed. by the soils engineer and geologist prior to construction.
