Hello Mr. Wright
I wanted to highlight both the important points in the compliance mitigations as well as the consulting tribe “ Kizh Nation “
Who requested monitoring . Hopes this clarify some of the back and forth emails . Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Hello Ryan
Thank you so kindly for your response, I believe there is a misunderstanding. For the compliance of this project per the mitigations we are the tribal government that requested tribal
monitoring and gave important information that pertains to the protection of our tribal cultural resources. Therefore the tribal monitor as suggested in the mitigation measures for
this project should be from our tribal government and no other entity.
In the mitigation document attached it is stated that no other tribes responded within 30 days, therefore the only tribe that requested monitoring was us. So that the project stays
in compliance it should be our tribal entity monitoring the proposed project. If you have any questions please contact us or we can have our legal counsel help you with this matter.
Thank you,
Lexie Salas
