Importance: High
Hi Dick,
MBI and the City had a conference call today and unfortunately the .pdf version of the plans will not suffice for their due process. In order to ensure accuracy of potential impacts
and be efficient with our time to get docs out to bid soon, can you please submit the latest cad files asap? I understand the various modifications, but these are for internal use
and necessary to our success.
Thank You,
Ryan

Thank you Ryan. These are final plans, yet stamped “draft” only because Building & Safety is waiting for the licensed contractor information to be included on the cover sheet and some
shade structure details. This will all be finalized after a contract is awarded by Council this summer. We will keep our fingers crossed regarding GIS.
Thanks,
Ryan

Hi Ryan,
I will forward the pdf plans to GIS and see how they come out. My concern was that it may be more difficult to assess impacts with rubbersheeting the pdf than it would be if they were
spatial files in CAD or shapefiles. However, that was my assumption so I’ll see what GIS says. Unfortunately with existing mapping requests I may not get an answer until later next
week.
Also can you confirm the files you sent yesterday and again today are final? The pages have a “DRAFT” watermark on them.

Hi Dick and Ryan Winkleman,
I understand the request by MBI to utilize the CAD files, yet Dick makes a valid point below. Is there a solution that would work to meet both interests? I appreciate your expert options!
Thanks,
Ryan Wright

Ryan:
It would be my recommendation, as the plans have been tweaked multiple times over the past year (+), only the currently-approved plans should distributed from here on out. Having said
that, can’t the City forward these plans to MBI?
