The City does not believe there is any further ground disturbance. All excavation and grading are complete. The only question I had for KNRM is regarding the timber steps. The project includes timber steps to be placed in locations that were already graded and monitored by KNRM. Once in place, the steps will be secured by rebar through the step. Can you confirm this would not require a monitor?
