In the interest of time, I am adding Barry Nerhus to this email thread to make sure he’s in the loop. Our plan is for Endemic to perform the pre-con survey on Thursday or Friday. As for the on-site meeting next Tuesday, 10/18, Ryan Winkleman has a prior commitment that morning. Monday might work better, but not sure if that timing would work out, and Barry would also need to verify his availability. I would imagine that would also depend on the availability of the Native American monitor, so we can keep coordinating to figure everything out. I do not see any issues moving forward, just wanted you to be aware. In addition, I have provided a copy of DD Systems preliminary construction schedule for a point of reference. I tend to agree completing the survey this week would be great while I work on the AB52 consolation with the goal to issue a notice to proceed for next Monday if everything falls into place. I would think that an on-site meeting with DD Systems, Endemic, the Native American monitor, and MBI might be a good idea next Tuesday maybe???? Let me know your thoughts.
