I just wanted to recap our brief meeting this morning with Endemic, the City, and Kizh Native American Monitor.
It was restated that only one piece of equipment (mini excavator or skid steer) could be in use at a time and all “protect in place” portions of the project remain, unless change orders
are approved by Dick or myself.
The City will research any ordinances related to protected tree pruning or trimming and necessary spacing.
DD Systems will place trail closure signs by November 1st and also place secondary containers under the skid steer and mini excavator each night. DD Systems will provide a detailed
request for a City permit related to water access from Peak Court to be used for compaction purposes. Please also let me know the lead time for the benches, even though we will remove
the shade structures.
