HomeMy WebLinkAboutRe_ Grading and Ground Disturbance UpdateFYI After a site walk with the landscape architect and PW this afternoon, it is safe to say there is a fair amount of ground disturbance still left to complete related to the stairs and gabion wall footings. Unfortunately, our contractor did not provide an accurate description of what was complete earlier this week. Fortunately, the Native American Monitor can be back on site later next week. The saga continues..... They are also working on the amount of actual "take" which will then lead to the habitat monitoring plan, specifically the amount of re-vegetation we are responsible for. -----Original Message----- From: Dan Fox <DFox@DiamondBarCA.Gov> Sent: Thursday, November 3, 2022 8:56 AM To: Ryan Wright <RWright@DiamondBarCA.Gov>; Ryan McLean <RMcLean@DiamondBarCA.Gov> Subject: RE: Grading and Ground Disturbance Update Excellent. Does that also define the final 'take' and the role of the biologist as well? No further excavations is needed. We also finished plants removal and or disturbance. Both machines are needed to transport rocks to the Gabino baskets. Also needed for timber transport. Pleas let me know if that answers your questions.
