Thanks again for you help with this project. I spoke with the City Manager yesterday and wanted to provide you with a brief update. After evaluating all the construction, consultant,
restoration costs, etc we are roughly $500,000 over our construction budget. Therefore, we need to present all options to City Council to receive their direction prior to moving forward.
We plan to host individual meetings with each Council Member the week of September 26th. I am confident staff can handle these meetings without your attendance, but I may have some
follow up questions for you and Council direction by the end of that week. Please let me know if you have any questions.
