Ryan,
I have confirmed Endemic's availability to continue full-time monitoring, but I wanted to let you know that this will exceed the budget that was set aside for them. They are budgeted
with us for 10 days of full-time monitoring and 12 days of half-time monitoring (4 hours weekly after veg removal ends).
To continue with full-time monitoring we'll definitely need to submit a change order to cover the costs. Will this be okay?

Although we expect rain early next week, we would like to request monitoring support beginning again on Wednesday, November 9 if the weather is improved. If the monitor is available

t removal or pruning of oaks and walnuts (both of which are on-site and may require pruning) may require a permit under Chapter 22.38 of the Diamond Bar Municipal Code; however, I’m
uncertain if the City itself would need a permit for its own project or if any pruning would simply be conducted under the City’s oversight pursuant to the municipal code.
