Please see below responses to the inquiry:
Item 1 - Yes, the red lines represents the proposed ditches which are located behind the proposed gabion walls. In regards to impact, the ditches and grading daylight lines should be
taken as the limits of disturbance.
Item 2 - The base file would be the pertinent file of interest, see "19-2266 Alignment & Profiles - South Loop.dwg". The layers that you would probably be interested in looking at is:
a. "_PG-DAYLIGHT" for the grading daylight lines b. "_DITCH" for the ditch lines

GIS has looked at the CAD files that were supplied and had some questions related to the two attached screenshots.
1. Canyon_Loop_CAD_1 - are the red lines supposed to be ditches or anything else that need to get incorporated into the impact calculations? We aren't sure what those represent.
2. Canyon_Loop_CAD_2 - this image depicts the list of CAD files that were included in the download package. First, we aren't sure which specific files are supposed to be used from
this list. Can the engineers identify the appropriate files so that we make sure we're using everything that's intended? Second, we aren't sure which layers specifically constitute
an impact as opposed to the existing condition. We also need clarification on this.
