As discussed I’m following up with our findings from the inspection. The Public Works inspector visited 2775 Shadow Canyon on 11/17/22. The erosion control measures were in place and appeared to be functioning. He found some erosion sediment in the v-ditches that may have found its way through the BMPs. Note that this inspection was conducted a few days after the rain event, so cleanup may have occurred and BMPs may have been installed. Attached are the following pictures: 1. Rock entry 2. N/W look at the sandbags and silt fence 3. Fresh soil grading, southern property line near the proposed pool area. 4. S/W corner and keystone wall. 5. Western look at the keystone wall and v-ditch. 6. Western v-ditch that meets the northern v-ditch as it enters the drain easement. 7. Concrete v-ditch through the drain easement. 8. End of the concrete v-ditch that turn into natural swale 9. Natural swale path to 2690 Steeplechase rear property. 10. Sediment buildup at 2690 Steeplechase 11. Runoff evidence at 2690 and 2676 Steeplechase 12. Reverse pic of #14 at 2690 Steeplechase. Fabian P. Aoun, P.E. | Associate Engineer 909.839.7038 | faoun@diamondbarca.gov
