The City of Diamond Bar is in receipt of your 2022-226 request for the following public records pursuant to the California Public Records Act (“CPRA”) (Cal. Gov. Code section 6250 et
seq.):
“This is a request for maps/plans the City of Diamond Bar may have showing existing underground facilities at the following location:
1315 Valley Vista Dr.
Diamond Bar, CA 91765
Our planning department is preparing a substructure plan for a So Cal Gas Company project and is acquiring records of all existing underground facilities including communications, gas,
water, electric, sewer, traffic lights, and storm drains in the area.
Please see the attached Google Earth image showing the area for which information is needed.
We prefer electronic copies of these requested records.
Thank you for your assistance.”
