The City of Diamond Bar is in receipt of your 2022-205 request for the following public records pursuant to the California Public Records Act (“CPRA”) (Cal. Gov. Code section 6250 et
seq.):
“We are currently updating a traffic study in the Rowland Heights area of Los Angeles County. Could you please provide me with a current list of development projects in the Diamond Bar.
Please include all current active projects that are being processed along with the location/address of the project, the type of land use being proposed (i.e. single-family residential,
condominiums, shopping center, etc.), unit size (i.e. 4 dwelling units, 20,000 GSF, etc.), and project status.
