The Diamondgate condominium complex was constructed prior to the City of Diamond Bar’s incorporation, and therefore, there are limited records available that are responsive to this request.
Sewer Plans: You can download the sewer as-built plans via the County of Los Angeles’ website: https://pw.lacounty.gov/sur/nas/landrecords/Sewer_Plans/PC/PC09500/PC09642.PDF.
Storm Drain Plans: You can view any public storm drain infrastructure records via the Los Angeles County Flood Control District’s website: https://pw.lacounty.gov/fcd/StormDrain/index.cfm.
Water Plans: The Walnut Valley Water District is the public agency that is responsible for plan checking and permitting water mainline improvements (within the limits of private and
public property). The City does not have any records or plans of the water infrastructure in this area.

The City of Diamond Bar is in receipt of your 2022-175 request for the following public records pursuant to the California Public Records Act (“CPRA”) (Cal. Gov. Code section 6250 et
seq.):
“Quanta Utility Engineering Services is currently working on a new project for Southern California Edison and at this time would like to request record substructure AS-BUILT maps of
your utility for the area(s) highlighted in the attachment(s).
Please include all pages as they pertain to map sets for the requested areas. It is important to be able to show direction with off-sets even if the extra sheets are outside of our project
limits.
Good morning, I am trying to get As-built maps of the utilities that are on private property, I believe they are called Diamondgate Condos (please see attachments).Would you have any
street Improvements Plans or any utility plans for this area like sewer, storm drain or water? These utility plans should have the water shown as a reference. I reached out to Walnut
Valley Water but they let me know that they don't have anything because it's private property. I have also attached a copy of our project which you helped me with before. We just need
the as built maps for the condos. If you do not have anything would you know who I should reach out to for this information? The planner from Southern California Edison is requesting
these to finish the project. It is for drawing purposes only. Thank you for any help you can give me.”
