The City of Diamond Bar is in receipt of your 2022-123 request for the following public records pursuant to the California Public Records Act (“CPRA”) (Cal. Gov. Code section 6250 et
seq.):
“Traffic signal timing program for Diamond Bar Blvd and Mountain Laurel Wy that was in effect on March 23, 2021. And, if there were any signal timing changes from that date to present.
I'm most particularly interested in the "all-red" signal phase time between when Diamond Bar turns red and Mountain Laurel turns green.”
