TITLE: RATIFICATION OF CHECK REGISTER DATED FEBRUARY 9, 2022
THROUGH FEBRUARY 22, 2022 TOTALING $1,516,058.60.

RECOMMENDATION:
Ratify the Check Register.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Expenditure of $1,516,058.60.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The City has established the policy of issuing accounts payable checks on a weekly
basis with City Council ratification at the next scheduled City Council Meeting.
The attached check register containing checks dated February 9, 2022 through
February 22, 2022 totaling $1,516,058.60 is being presented for ratification. All
sing policies and
procedures, and have been reviewed and approved by the appropriate departmental
staff. The attached Affidavit affirms that the check register has been audited and
deemed accurate by the Finance Director.
