THROUGH APRIL 12, 2022 TOTALING $435,041.65.

RECOMMENDATION:
Ratify the Check Register.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Expenditure of $435,041.65.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The City has established the policy of issuing accounts payable checks on a weekly
basis with City Council ratification at the next scheduled City Council Meeting.
The attached check register containing checks dated March 31, 2022 through April 12,
2022 totaling $435,041.65 is being presented for ratification. All payments have been
d procedures, and have been
reviewed and approved by the appropriate departmental staff. The attached Affidavit
affirms that the check register has been audited and deemed accurate by the Finance
Director.
