Dear Mr. and Ms. Alvarenga:
On Tuesday, November 2, 2021, the Diamond Bar City Council will consider the following
matters pertaining to the Building Official’s Notice and Order to vacate all buildings
comprising The Village at Diamond Bar condominium complex:
• Setting the date and time to hear the appeals of the Notice and Order; and
• Appointing an independent hearing examiner to hear the appeals.
The City Council will not be considering the merits of any app eal of the Notice and Order and
public comment is limited to the comments on the above two items. Once the appeal
hearing date is set, you will receive a separate notice by mail at least ten (10) days in
advance informing you of the date, time and location of the appeal hearing.
