Thank you for inquiring about obtaining authorization to access The Village at Diamond's common area for an inspection.
The community is governed by Diamond Bar Village Association, which requires service providers, inspectors and anyone desiring to gain access to our common areas to obtain authorization
prior to visiting the community.
To obtain authorization you must complete and return the attached Vendor Packet, along with license (if required for your type service) and insurance information as detailed in the attached
Vendor Packet.
Please pay close attention to the required wording on the Example Insurance Certificate. If your Insurance Certificate does not match, you will not be given authorization.
Once your Vendor Packet, license and insurance information is received and determined to meet the necessary requirements, you will receive written notification that you are approved
for access.
Please give our maintenance supervisor a call at (951) 821-1999 to let him know when you'll be arriving for the inspection and what unit or agency your inspection is for.

We have requested Mr. Khatri's proposal, which is expected by morning and then I'll hold an emergency executive session with the Board for review and approval. I'll let you know as
soon as I have the Board's approval and Mr. Khatri can give us the start date based on his schedule.
With regards to your contractors qualifications, I trust they would be well qualified, however, that's not what the HOA vets for, it's more for licensing and insurance.

Per our conversation at the board meeting, we were going to be in communication if you had hired on an engineer. We gave you an opportunity and after we selected a firm you are indicating
you want us to look at another engineer. This should have been stated from the beginning. We will be proceeding with our engineer until you can produce an exact date when your engineer

Dilip, I'm not exactly sure what the City is planning to inspect, but as we discussed we would want to have a full safety inspection to include the balconies and upper landings, etc.
