Good morning Mr. Khatri, Congratulations, the Board of Directors approved your proposal for Structural Inspection of the 12 buildings that comprise the Village at Diamond Bar; governed by the Diamond Bar Village Association. Attached is the executed proposal. Please sign and return the proposal so I can forward the fully executed copy with my request for payment of the $5,600 down payment, which will be processed by Avalon Management's corporate office accounting department.
