Good morning Victor, We have a new owner that has added walls to their dining room to create an additional bedroom, which is not to code because it has no window or closet and the egress is the patio slider with no gate (like 23641 Golden Springs Dr. Unit C-1, Diamond Bar). I made them aware of it while the work was being done, but they continued and asked me to overlook it. I explained that it was a safety issue and I could not, so they said they would address it. May I check to see if they've obtained a permit for this? Good morning Raymond, Victor is correct, all the work has not been completed and my understanding is that our vendor is working with your office to obtain the permit for the next building, since each one requires a separate permit, they are doing them one at a time. Once your office has issued the permit they will schedule the job and complete the work and immediately move on to the next building.
