I apologize for sending you this email. Victor Olivares is the one this may be directed and I do not have his email address.
Diamond Bar Village has hired me to make repairs per the building department requirements.
I would love to do a job walk with him or you to find out exactly what you are looking for so I can perform the work to your specifications.
The other way I see it is to call for inspection and have the corrections listed.
If you have a better idea please let me know.
