I understand the difficulty everyone is facing with the limitations caused by the pandemic, and I hate to ask for expedited inspection, but the tenant contacted me to say a mouse or
rat got into the unit from the opened walls and they are freaking out. I've got an exterminator coming to address it, but we really want to get the walls closed up.

I'm emailing to advise you of an emergency plumber repair contracted by Diamond Bar Village Association (DBV HOA) and completed on 9/16/20 by Complete Plumbing & Rooter.
Complete Plumbing will be applying for the necessary permit on behalf of the HOa today and I would like to respectfully request an expedited inspection if at all possible.
The plumbing repair mirrors our last plumbing repair inspection at 23061 Golden Springs Dr. Unit A-5, with walls opened in several areas of the unit. I'm requesting an expedited inspection
at the request of the unit's tenant, as they have several rooms with displaced furniture and continuing to residing in the unit.
