Subject: 23617 GOLDEN SPRINGS (UNIT 15) (Illegal Added Bedroom and Unpermitted Work)
Good morning Ronnie! A resident living upstairs to the above referenced address called today and reported that Unit 15 added an unpermitted room inside the apartment, and that he believes
there is unsafe and illegal wiring and is worried. He also mentioned that there are more than 5 or so people that are living inside the apartment and that it is above the allowed amount
of people so he wanted to report it, he wanted to remain completely anonymous and he asked if code enforcement could go out there and take a look, I mentioned to him that you would
need access into the home so if they do not cooperate there would be no way for you to see the unpermitted work, he also says he reported it to the HOA and nothing has been done yet
on their part, thank you Ronnie!

Good morning,
Please see the listed schedule for Diamond Bar Village Assoc listed below for notification purposes only:
Asphalt Repair: 11/30
Notes:
All vehicles must be removed from designated work areas by 7:00am. Sprinklers must be shut off from 24 hours prior to 24 hours after work has been completed. It is important that you
cooperate in this process by staying off the asphalt until the barricades are removed. Please make arrangements to have the traffic control devices (barriers; delineators; cones, etc.)
moved off to the side of the street at the designated date and time to allow vehicular traffic to enter. AMS Paving will have all traffic control devices picked up within the next 48
hours after that time. All work is weather permitting as well. Thank you for your business and I look forward to working with you on future projects.
Best Regards,
