The City is aware of the issues has been working with the Village at Diamond Bar Homeowners Association to have a structural engineer conduct forensic inspections of all buildings within the complex. At its board meeting on September 15, 2021, the HOA approved the selection of structural and civil engineer Dilip Khatri, PhD to perform the work. The City will remain involved in the inspection process, and will be reviewing the engineer’s findings and recommendations, and will be inspecting the subsequent repair work.
