Our City View record doesn’t show any open permits for these properties, however, we do have one in the que in Laserfiche. We would still issue the permit regardless of HOA approvals and any issues between them and the tenants/owners are just that, between them. Please confirm if there is a situation here where we would place an application on hold. Currently there are 4 units attempting to install new AC units; however, I have not given them authorization to access our common area roof because they have not complied with our requirements: 1. Complete and submit the Architectural Application (attached) 2.
