For something like a window retrofit, I would assume it would’ve been the HOA’s responsibility to question or halt any work that was done without their knowledge. Especially given the number of windows that have been changed out. Also, I would assume the HOA is responsible for the laundry room retrofits, since those are common areas. Are we able to hold the HOA accountable for these items?
