Victor is correct, all the work has not been completed and my understanding is that our vendor is working with your office to obtain the permit for the next building, since each one
requires a separate permit, they are doing them one at a time. Once your office has issued the permit they will schedule the job and complete the work and immediately move on to the
next building.

Attached is the City's permit card for work completed by Scott Harrison Plumbing, in December of 2020, in addition to photos of the completed work.
The Board has also approved the following additional work, requested by the city, for building F and permits are being obtained by the contractor:
South of unit #1
* Install cement cover over the sewer clean out
South of unit #3
* Install cement cover over the sewer clean out

* Multiple lines to be insulated and protected from UV
Back side of building
* Multiple hot lines entering building to be insulated and protected from UV
When this job is completed work will immediately begin for the next building, which is building D. I will update you with that information when they begin to pull the permits for it.
