Good morning Mr. Tao,
I listened in on the City Council meeting yesterday evening. With regards to one of the HOA Insurance policies being cancelled, one of the members mentioned that maybe the City could
contact the Insurance company to delay the cancellation. Is that possible? At least until we can figure out the status of the red/yellow tags.

We’ve been looking into this and haven’t gotten much success. There was a response from LA County Department of Business and Consumer Affairs that we are waiting for contact back.
If they lead to anything positive I can let you know. Also, I’d suggest contacting the HOA to see if they are following up on the investigation we discussed yesterday.

Hello Mr. Tao,
You cannot imagine what myself and I am sure everyone at DBV is feeling right now. I'm in shock and devastated and can't understand why this complex was left like this.
I just became a home owner in March and I am in disbelief of what is happening.
When you say "vacate" does that mean we have to move our belongings out? Do you have a time frame of when we can return? Where are we supposed to vacate to?? Who is going to pay for
our relocation, storage, moving expenses etc??? HOA hasn't given us much to go on.
When would be a good time for me to call you?
