The Anchor Bolts are specified with Simpson Post-Anchor into the Existing Footings using an Epoxy connection
The top of the Wing Wall is a Parapet above the Roof Line, and it is tied continuously to the BLDG with Nails, and also at the Two Floor Diaphragms.
Let’s do a Call on MON and we can walk through it together. If there are things missing, we will address them promptly.

called out, the top connection of the wing wall is not shown, the anchor bolts need to specify what type where retrofitting, there is no 3xframing (only double 2x6 which will split),
and the 4x block at the guardrail is not anchored. Please clarify these items.
