I am meeting with Neal G. Wanket of NGW Engineering on Thursday June 7. I expect out of the meeting to know if he will provide us with a conditional report concerning the remaining carports. If we are able to obtain such report, then we would proceed to obtain permits from the City to make needed repairs. If we are unable to get such report, then we would proceed to obtain permits from the City to demolish the rest of the carports. I will know by Thursday the direction that we will take. It is important for us to have a complete plan that will be satisfactory to the City of Diamond Bar as well as the owners of the community. In regard to the demolition. We employed a total of eight people of which, two of them, perform landscaping as part of their maintenance functions.
