We encountered some challenges in reconciling the carport spacing between the current configuration and the site plan being developed. The spacing on the existing carports is erratic in certain areas and it makes difficult to work around those carports. We will have to demolish some additional carports so that the new site plan makes sense. I will stop by the City tomorrow to pull permits for re-roofing and demo. This conflict of interest is not working in this association. My aunt also mentioned he's using a slow drying compound and not a fast drying compound to fill in the drywall. I speculate it's meant to cover up his half complete work because he may not know how to finish.
